An emerging problem with ECU tuning your Hyundai theta 2 engine found in your i30N is as we increase boost pressures, we see a rise in engine crankcase pressure. In some cases, this pressure causes the oil cap to leak.
This problem has led us to design this PCV Delete Fitting. We have created this as an OEM replacement part with a giant hole to let the engine breathe. Allowing the engine to breathe will reduce crankcase pressure and increase engine horsepower.
Suppose you are considering buying this fitting. We recommend using this part with an oil catch can and blocking off the breather hole on the engine intake.
