Refund policy

Except where obligations under Clause 19 apply, Impossible Fabrications is not obligated to accept returned goods but may do so at its discretion.
Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval from an authorised representative of Impossible Fabrications. 

Goods being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable once a courier has collected the goods.

Goods being returned for a replacement or an exchange may be returned within 7 working days from the delivery date (confirmed in the couriers tracking portal and excluding shipping, handling, and payment processing fees).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated expenses.

All goods being returned to Impossible Fabrications must be in new and unused condition, and be returned in the original undamaged packaging. A receipt must also be included with the returned goods as proof of purchase, showing the Impossible Fabrications order number, date of sale, and details of the goods purchased.

Returns for custom goods, hoses cut to size, or special-order items are not accepted.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 14 working days of the return request.

Customers must prepay shipping and insure the goods or accept the risk of damage or loss during transit.

Any product fault should be reported to Impossible Fabrications immediately so that a return of the faulty product/s can be arranged, and a replacement item issued.

Customers must notify Impossible Fabrications of product faults or damage caused in transit or during delivery, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

Impossible Fabrications accepts no responsibility for the goods delivered by couriers, transport authorities, logistics companies, nominated agents, etc, once Impossible Fabrications has obtained the third-party receipt for the goods.

Impossible Fabrication's liability is restricted only to the replacement of any goods supplied by us, which are proven to be faulty or defective, either due to defective workmanship or materials.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-built products or special orders.
- Hoses cut to size for customers.
- Clearance, second-hand, or refurbished items.
- Goods that are opened or not in their original condition.
- Damage caused by the incorrect installation will not be covered by the product warranty.

Additional Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unopened and in the original condition as shipped, matching the invoice specifications.
- All manuals, brochures, and included items must be returned.
- Opened goods will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
- Processing of return credits or refunds may take up to 60 days, depending on required paperwork and or the third-party financial institutions.
