After years of development, we are proud to introduce the IFX Turbo Manifold. Over the past three years, we've rigorously tested and refined our design to create a turbo manifold that delivers exceptional performance. 

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel and precision TIG-welded for maximum strength and reliability, this manifold is engineered specifically for the Garrett G25 and G30 turbos. It is optimised for superior turbo response and top-end power, making it a game-changer for the Hyundai i30N.

Our innovative design follows the engine firing order, producing a distinct and aggressive exhaust note. The long-form collector enhances both turbo spool and peak power, with real-world results showing 410 kW when paired with a Garrett G30-770 turbo.

The turbo placement closely mirrors the factory i30N turbo position, allowing ample space to accommodate a 3.5" or 4" dump pipe, along with a 1.75" wastegate dump pipe.

Through extensive testing, we have determined the optimal pipe size for maximum tunability and knock resistance, ensuring a perfect balance of efficiency and power.

Available in Two Configurations:

• Internal Wastegate
• External Wastegate, featuring a Turbosmart 45mm wastegate flange pre-welded onto the manifold

Optional Heat Shielding

We use premium German-made racing heat shielding, featuring a 6mm layer of ceramic fiber insulation and a 0.2mm stainless steel capping, spot-welded for durability. This advanced design offers superior heat management and long-lasting protection.

Each manifold is handmade to order, with an optional weld-on heat protection shield—highly recommended for this application.

The Turbosmart 45mm Lite External Wastegate is a cost-effective, high performing 45mm external wastegate with a compact actuator for use in engine bays with limited space. This wategate provides extensive user configuration, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and best-in-class flow performance for optimum control and longevity.

It features a unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, and 1/8″ NPT reference ports.
