These brake lines being one of the key improvements. We have designed our lines to fit exactly like the factory hoses but made using a robust braided Teflon hose and high-quality swaged metal fittings. these lines are made in Australia, to Australian standards and are legal to use on Australian roads

In a nutshell, what makes braided brake hoses much stronger is the Teflon hose handles much higher fluid temps. combined with the stainless steel wire woven around the hose makes this style of brake line to be super robust, and able to sustain any abuse. One added advantage of this super strong hose is that you get an improved brake pedal feel because of the increased wall strength of the hose.
We have put a lot of effort into designing a brake hose that replicates the OEM Hose fitment. When it comes to a safety product like brake lines we didn't take any shortcuts and it is essential that the line fits perfectly as the OEM part would. with sustained track work, the I30 n OEM lines can prematurely age causing internal hose failure. with the OEM rubber hose is only able to sustain temps of 100 degrees where the Teflon brake lines can operate at temps of 200+ degrees. this higher operating temperature gives the braided hoses a massive advantage over the stock Hyundai i30n brake lines
Increased brake pedal feel: the increased hose strength from the combination of Teflon (PTFE) and stainless steel braid Gives this hose a 10,000 PSI burst pressure. Meaning even the highest brake pressures could never burst a hose. This hose is so strong that as a result, it improves your pedal feel. Now you might be thinking, how could it possibly do that? Let me explain. Because the stock hoses in your car are made from two layers of rubber. An inner rubber hose whose only job is to carry the brake fluid, then an outer rubber hose which is a much stronger reinforced rubber. The outer rubber layer is still slightly flexible. It's this slight flexing that is felt in the brake pedal. Basically, as you push your foot down this expansion of the hose has to happen before the force can be applied to the brake pads. The combination of PTFE hose and stainless steel wire weaved around the outside gives these hoses a significant boost in strength. Because of this improved core strength, when you push your foot down the hose doesn't expand and the force is applied to the brake pads faster
More robust brake line construction will take a beating from impact: because of the woven stainless steel wire and the thick Teflon hose, these hoses are tough. The hose has passed the strict ADR 35 HOUR whip test at 220 PSI line pressure. This test is performed by spinning the hose at 800 rpm with the line making 1,680,000 revolutions without breaking to pass. What does this mean for you? Aside from them being road-legal, it gives you confidence that the hose you are putting on your car won't let you down. even if you have a tyre explode or the line is struck by a foreign item flicked up off the road or track. These lines won't get cut or damaged. This alone is a reason to invest in a set of brake hoses.Hose construction: Our braided brake line kit is developed to meet Australian Design Rule (ADR) 42/04, with compliant FMVSS 106 hose specifications. The i30N braided brake line product uses crimped hose fittings and OEM Style Crimped mounting brackets. with the front set of lines being able to retain the abs wiring loom with the factory wiring clip. The whole line is covered in a protective plastic coating blocking dirt and grit from getting under the braid, This ensures your brake lines’ longevity.
